Our Dallas facility features private, upscale suites ensuring comfort for every fur baby. Suites are spacious and designed for your dog's comfort. They are large enough for dogs from the same family to sleep together if you choose.

* Suites have raised beds, up to 5-6 daily potty breaks and walks.* Interactive outdoor play areas with  toys, playground, agility equipment, splash pool/weather permitting, and lots of furry friends.With dedicated staff for continuous, supervised play, we guarantee more than just care — we ensure every pet feels cherished and content throughout their stay.

  • All boarding reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. We no longer accept same day reservations. We want to ensure we are honoring our staff to dog ratio by planning the play groups accordingly for the safety of all pups. If your reservation was not confirmed, you will be turned away upon arrival.

REMINDERS:  CHECK-IN

  • Half of your estimated total stay is collected as a non-refundable deposit at time of reservation.
  • The other half of estimated stay is due at check-in.
  • Proof of current vaccinations* and signed registration form required.
  • Check-ins before 12:00 Noon will incur a half-day fee. 
  • No refunds; credits expire after a year.

    *Vaccinations Requirements:
  • Rabies:  Once a year under 1 year old; every 3 years after that.
  • DHPP(Distemper Parvo): Once a year under 4 years old; every 3 years after that.
  • Bordetella / Canine Cough:  Every six months.
  • We offer the Bronchi-Shield ORAL vaccine for purchase to administer to your dog at check-in for $35.

    Cancellation Policy:      We like to stay chill when it comes to life happenings.  So if you have to cancel, we ask you to let us know the day before your reservation date.  If we are not informed, we will take one (1) night from your deposit and keep the remaining as credit for future services.
